When joining in 2007 as a Software Developer, I expected to be writing code for a typical, uninspiring software system. Little did I know that being a Developer at Win Technologies would be so different! I was empowered to make decisions regarding architecture of our software and supported by the latest technology to transform my solutions into software products that delivered real value! Now, many years down the line, as Scrum Product Owner, I still chase this goal by providing our team of Developers with the freedom and insight to do what they do best – build great software!

My Win Technologies career began in November 2007 when I was employed as an SEO Executive. Immediately after joining the company I felt a sense of unity from those working around me, which began to rub off on me. The potential to grow within the company was something that drew me to it and in the years since I joined, with hard work and the support of the company, I have been able to develop and grow into the SEO Manager. The infrastructure and support is great at Win Tech, but it’s the people that make this company one of a kind.

I started working at Win Technologies in August 2005 as a Japanese Customer Support Executive. Since then Win Tech has allowed me to grow - as a Team Leader, a Trainer and now I’m supervising a multiple-language support team with almost double the number of team members from when I started. I’m currently working closely with HR, getting involved in interviewing people, reviewing employee’s performance and providing feedback as well as analysing the data and our service levels on daily basis. I’ve learnt a lot at Win Tech and I’m still learning!

Yuki – Customer Service Manager

I started at Win Technologies a couple of years ago as a Paid Search Analyst working on search engine marketing campaigns. I’m now Head of Digital Marketing leading a team who specialise in media planning and buying. Working at Win Tech has been a challenging and rewarding experience. I’ve grown and developed hugely in my time here and have been given a lot of freedom to learn and implement new things. Some of the smartest and most talented people I know work here and that makes it an exciting place to be.
